What a great day we had on Sunday, October 23^rd for our Cycle 4 Kids & K9’s benefit ride! This years annual Fall Foliage Ride benefited the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich and Adopt-a-Dog. A gallery of photos from the event is posted here.

Forty riders participated in the event choosing from 25km, 50km or 100km routes. The routes were spectacular examples of the best cycling terrain in Fairfield and Westchester counties. Riders raved about the easy to follow route markings and this year not a single person went off course! The 100k route was as challenging as it was beautiful, boasting over 4400 feet of climbing!

Post-ride events included a hearty all you could eat BBQ, trail walks, pumpkin painting and a raffle with over $3500 worth of prizes!!!

We’d like to thank everyone who came out to support the ride. The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich and Adopt-a-Dog are two non-profits that provide tremendous service to the children, families and homeless animals in our community. Your generous contributions helped us raise $2000 for these organizations.

A GIANT THANK YOU to Michele Sinacore of Michele Sinacore Events for her tireless work keeping everyone organized, creating fun table settings, and her generous donations of water and pumpkins.

We’d also like to thank all the local businesses that donated fabulous prizes for our raffle. If you didn’t attend the event… not only did you miss a great ride, great food, and great people… you missed a chance to win some great raffle prizes:
